Every year the popular Telecom Association hosts a "Members
Choice" awards ceremony. Telarus, the parent company
of ShopforT1.com, has been nominated as top commercial
telecom master agency. We are honored by this nomination,
and sincerely covet the award for many reasons - the most
important reason being increased leverage with our vendors.
Winning this award will help us negotiate for better commission,
better support, and other key concessions that we pass on

All you need to do to cast your vote is follow these steps:

4. Once you verify, you should be able to modify your
profile, which is where your votes are stored (and counted)

We want to acknowledge and congratulate the Top VAR Equipment
Lead Generators for January: Terry Johnson of Wibaux, Montana!
Terry has done a terrific job driving telecom equipment leads
for Avaya, Nortel, and Mitel. When the VARs in our program
close these sales, Terry will receive a commission on the deal.
Likewise,
if any of Terry's leads orders a T1 later on, Terry will also
receive a residual commission on that sale as well.

Just be sure to replace the "?telid=telarus" with
"?cogid=mars112" in your "Post" statement so
our tracking software can credit you with the equipment lead you
generate!
NEW T1 COMMISSION REPORT COMPLETED

Our IT team has been busy re-working your T1 Commission Report
so that you can see the commission you receive for each
"role" that you play, either as Lead Generator or the
upline of the lead generator. This should clear up some
confusion on the ShopforT1 commission structure. The new

Just so that you have the information handy, here is how we
split commissions received from T1 vendors:
Overhead = 32%
Closer = 51%
Lead Generator = 16%
Lead Generator Upline = 1%
As you can see, the closer and the lead generator split the
commission paid to agents approximately 75%/25%, which is a
raise from the original split of 85%/15%. Bonuses, or
SPIFFS, we receive are split up different:
Overhead = 0%
Closer = 75%
Lead Generator = 25%
Lead Generator Upline = 0%
Yes, you read that correctly, 100% of all bonuses we earn are
passed through to the two agents who found and closed the sale!
About 25% of all sales we make have SPIFFs attached to them, so
the program is even more lucrative than you ever thought
possible.
Last year, our monthly billing (the combined amount of all of
our customer's bills) was $1,000,000 at this time. Today,
12 months later, that number is now $2,000,000. We expect
it to hit $3,000,000 by August 2007, and $4,000,000 by January
2008. That kind of billing volume means we pay out hundreds of
thousands of dollars each month in commission to agents.
We hope that you'll re-double your efforts to make sure that a
nice piece of that money is headed in your direction. If
